Comme l'erreur se produit lors de l'installation de Microsoft .Net 4.8, je suppose que la machine possède une version initiale de Windows 10 qui ne prend pas en charge .Net 4.8 - Windows 10 1607 ou une version ultérieure est requis.
Consultez la section « Spécifications Windows » juste en dessous de « Spécifications de l'appareil » pour voir la version de Windows 10 installée.
Si vous voyez une version 1607 ou supérieure, il doit y avoir un autre problème qui cause l'échec de l'installation et j'aurai besoin du journal d'installation de .Net 4.8 qui devrait se trouver dans le dossier C:\Users{userName}\AppData\Local\Temp. Since the error is occurring when installing Microsoft .Net 4.8, my guess is that the machine has an early version of Windows 10 that doesn’t support .Net 4.8 - Windows 10 1607 or later is required.
Look at the “Windows specifications” section just below the “Device specifications” to see the version of Windows 10 that is installed.
If you see a version of 1607 or higher, there must be some other problem that is causing the install to fail and I’d need the .Net 4.8 install log that should be in the C:\Users{userName}\AppData\Local\Temp folder. You can send this log directly to me at [Email Removed]
