Il est difficile de dire sans avoir accès à un journal.
Utiliser le menu principal -> « Envoyer des commentaires » (Submit feedback) nous permet de voir le journal.
Si vous souhaitez consulter vous-même directement le journal :
Mettez Paratext Lite en mode de débogage (Debug) :
- Menu principal -> À propos (About)
- Cliquez 7 fois sur la boîte « À propos ».
- Menu principal -> Débogage (Debug) -> Afficher le journal de suivi (View Trace Log).
(et vous devez faire défiler jusqu'en bas pour voir les informations les plus récentes)
Chercher un message d'exception ou une pile d'appels (stack trace) pourrait révéler ce qui se passe…
It’s hard to tell without having access to a log.
Using Main Menu -> “Submit feedback” allows us to see the log.
If you want to have a look at the log your self directly:
Put Paratext Lite into Debug mode:
- Main Menu -> About
- Hit the About box 7 times.
- Main Menu -> Debug -> View Trace Log.
(and you have to scroll to the bottom to see the most recent info)
Looking for and exception message or stack trace might show what’s going on…
