Which project sharing roles can export to RTF?

All roles can export to RTF, if it is a project on the Translator Tier. However, soon, all projects will be able to export since this restriction is being removed.

Correction: this restriction has already been removed in 9.1

When exporting to RTF if you give the verse numbers 0-9 then the backslash codes all show in the RTF. If ... display without them. THe downside is chapter and headings disappear.
