Despite having a tick next to Terms in Other permissions, I, a consultant, and another, a translator, are unable to edit the Biblical terms tool. The window has a notice (Not Editable) at the top. Why would this be? We were able to do this previously, but after doing a send/receive we are no longer able to edit in Biblical terms.

Apparently, it is possible to make an entire project not editable and that is what happened here. Everything is working as it should now.
