Today, I applied a modified Compact Project Plan to a Project using PT8, it warned that all other project users must be using 8.0.100.76 or newer.

We often have users reinstall PT8, and not fully grade to the latest.

What happens if one of the team members is not using 8.0.100.76 or newer?
Does it hurt anything? Or just affect their ability to view or interact with the plan?

Thanks

Until they update their Paratext, they cannot send & receive with computers that have applied the project plan. If the plan has been sent to the Paratext server, they will not be able to do a s/r to the server. It is highly recommended to wait until all computers are up to date on their Paratext version before activating a project plan.

I appreciate the simpler Project Plan that SIL has created. I now have the file: C:\My Paratext 8 ... the SIL Compact Plan. What silly thing have I neglected?

Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
