Send / receive changes summary blank?

Hi,

One of our users in Asia is experiencing a blank send/receive summary screen. (shown below) He is Paratext [Phone Removed]Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Does the user have problems with any other views randomly going blank or is it just this window?

Download/Install resources error message with blank window

Searching for blank space before \pn*
I have on occasion found a blank space following a proper noun when using the pn USFM marker. For example: \pn Jesus \pn* ... should be an easy search but it doesn't seem to be.

Project windows are blank in Ubuntu/VirtualBox on Mac
I have a user running PT 9 on Ubuntu running in VirtualBox on a Mac. The project windows show no text, but only ... VirtualBox, too? Is there a workaround or fix in the pipeline?

Mac Parallels Paratext Menu blank
I updated Parallels tools last week and the windows on Paratext went blank. I have tried unistalling PT and reinstalling but ... PT it tried to send/receive but that did not work.
