Logos update can remove fonts

I just recently updated my Logos software. I believe I had version 6.6, now after the upgrade I have 6.8. I discovered after the update that it had deleted at least four fonts that some of my Paratext projects used.

Ezra SIL: Hebrew font used by the source language window
Galatia SIL: Greek font used by the source language window
Charis SIL
Sheherazade.

There is a Logos support document that hints at this problem. I think what happens is some versions of Logos included these fonts as part of the installation, now they are no longer part of the installation, and the update process removed these thinking they were traces of the earlier version.

Footnotes. Can they be made the same size at Bible fonts?
I see that in printdraft the footnotes are a little smaller than the Bible fonts. Any way I can make them the same size as the Bible fonts?

Scrolling issue with Logos
Any recent thoughts/suggestions regarding issues with Paratext 9.2 scrolling with Logos? Paratext 9 lately is not scrolling with Logos. ... and I don't know if they work or not.

Scrolling Paratext with TW Logos - more experiences
Someone reported difficulty scrolling Logos with the new Paratext 9 beta candidate, I tested it and found the scrolling ... reference, Paratext will follow Logos most of the time.
