Unable to Modify Project User List

User has a project where we cannot add or remove any user. It complains about problems with the server connection. But S/R works fine for that project and we can add/remove users on the related Back Translation projects. Submitted problem report. PTXS-19584.

I verified user is one of two admins. Project is “Lohorung” (lhr).
I ran the advanced: “Verify Project Repositories” no issues found.

Unable to create a new user in the registry
I am unable to create a new user in the registry for some reason. Here is the error that I get. Capture.PNG1125 ... KB I hope this issue is resolved soon because we are blocked!

Unable to add new user when internet connection is absent or unreliable
I have been trying to add a new user to a back translation project and I keep being told things like this ... overt error message about being unable to contact the Registry server.
