The forward / back arrows don’t advance the text in resources within a chapter. They do, however, go between chapter breaks. For example, if at Jn. 3:1 and the back arrow is pressed, resources will scroll to Jn. 2:25. But if the forward arrow is pressed repeatedly so that the number in the reference box is beyond what is shown in either resource, the resources don’t advance.
Options > “Navigate each pane independently” is not selected.
