Hi,
I have a strange question, I wanted to ask. I have a user that began the project creation process, including the online project registration. However, it appears that he never returned to Paratext and finalized the project creation.
On the registry, the project exists, but he says that the project doesn’t exist on his computer.
Is there any way to recreate that project with the registered data, or do we just need to delete that project, and start from scratch? If we need to delete and start over, what is the proper way to do that, as the project doesn’t actually exist on any computer?
Thanks
BEH

Assuming the project was never S/R’d, it’s probably best to delete the registration on the Registry site (the administrator should be able to do so) and start over.
