How can I print my consultant notes? I want a hard copy for my own reference during a checking/revision session. If the window is on the paratext screen, the team members can see the answer I am looking for. (If I don’t note what I’m looking for, sometimes I can’t remember why I was asking the question.) We only have one computer on our team.

Great that you got help. For future reference on the Paratext support forum… you can copy a set of notes and paste them into MS Word or another text editor.

To print out a set of notes,

  1. open the notes window for the project and filter the notes
  2. go to the edit menu and either select “copy all notes” or “selected note”

Selecting the “all notes” option will copy the notes in the current (filtered) view.

Note that you can save a step and just use File > Print while the Notes Window is in focus. This will print all notes in the current (filtered) view as well.
