Migrating Consultant Projects - Need to ReAdd Users

When I migration Consultant projects, I need to turn on the S/R and then manually re-add in all the users/roles that had been present in PT7.

Is this how it is supposed to work/migrate?

It’s not supposed to migrate that way and should be fixed in 8.0.100.34 and later.

如何删除顾问笔记项目？
这看起来应该是个简单的任务，但在顾问笔记项目设置中，一旦项目完成其用途，就没有删除该项目的选项。顾问笔记项目也不与标准翻译项目绑定，并且不会出现在在线注册表的项目列表中。我是不是漏掉了什么？谢谢！

Tpi.ldml suddenly became right-to-left in two different projects
