How to DELETE a Consultant Notes Project?

This seems like it would be an easy task but there is no option in the Consultant Note Project Settings to delete that project once it has finished its use. A Consultant Note project is not tied to a Standard Translation project either, nor does it appear in the Online Registry List of projects. What am I missing? Thanks!

You are correct that the menu for the Conslutant Notes project does not have an option to delete (this has already been reported to the developers). You can use the Main Menu > Delete Project to delete a Consultants Notes project.
