FLEx senses "Added by Paratext"

Question

I didn't get any answers when this was categorized in the FLExTrans category, so I'm posting it to the Paratext category, since the errant behavior is generated by Paratext:

Quite often I am getting Empty grammatical category found from the Sense Linker Tool errors like the following:

I have an idea that this is coming from running the Interlinearizer in Paratext. Is there any way I can stop the Paratext Interlinearizer from putting these empty senses into my entries?

If you are using Paratext 9.5, the interlinear no longer creates any entries in FLEx. The Paratext interlinear only reads FLEx data.

There is an option to create a lexical entry when you use the "Find in Dictionary" option in Paratext. If you do that, the created entry will have the "Added by Paratext" text added to the entry. This is added in the FLEx code, I think to make it easier to find those entries so that they can be edited. The "create lexical entry" form in Paratext only supports a few fields.
