Exporting Stored Data from a Interlinearizer

Question

We have 3 projects that are set up to use the Interlinearizer on the main Draft project, and use a well-known ENG translation as the model text.
This is used to generate an English back Translation. The person who set this up, intentionally did not set up the "save to project" option.

There is data stored in this, that I can see when I open the Interlinearizer. but I do not see how to export/save the stored data.
I see the Interlinear XML file in the Interlinearizer subfolder, but it is not in an easily usable format.
Are there any options to view the entered data as a single file?

To add an output project to the interlinearizer after it is already set up you need to click on the lock (found at #3 of the guide). Once it is unlocked you can change the settings - including output. Here is a quick video:
