Senses "Added by Paratext"

Question

Quite often I am getting Empty grammatical category found from the Sense Linker Tool errors like the following:

I have an idea that this is coming from running the Interlinearizer in Paratext. Is there any way I can stop the Paratext Interlinearizer from putting these empty senses into my entries?

Hi, in your Paratext project, in the Settings.xml file, what values do you have for these settings:

AllowReadAccess

FlexIntegrationMode

Wondering if you have an old value leftover from a previous Paratext version that did allow the interlinear to write to FLEx.

This problem is occuring in both FLEx databases (Mato & Uma). In Mato, I have:

<AllowReadAccess>F</AllowReadAccess>

There is no text in Settings.xml that matches "FlexIntegrationMode"

In Uma, I have:

 <AllowReadAccess>F</AllowReadAccess>

  <FlexIntegrationMode>FLEX_READ</FlexIntegrationMode>

Can you email me a current backup of one of the PT projects? To test, I'll associate it with a copy of it's related FLEx project.
I've tested using a test PT and a test FLEx project and cannot replicate the behaviour you are reporting, so there must be some difference, somewhere.
Can you give exact versions of PT and FLEx that you are using?

I tried to replicate the issue with your files, but failed. There were some variables that I couldn't quite emulate though, so still some uncertainty as to whether or not I did fully replicate your setup.

Perhaps next time you do interlinear in PT, you could video your screen, showing one instance where interlinear creates the extra sense in FLEx? Then at least we could see the exact steps you are using.
