Starting with 7.6, Paratext reported which version of the program colleagues are using at the end of the Send/Receive process, in the S/R report. 8.0 includes this same feature.

The problem is that this report only shows up once, and you can’t check another user’s version again until the next time they do a S/R.

I see the version information inside of TortioseHg, but I don’t think other users, even project managers, would want to install that just to see that one piece of information.

Is there any other way of checking the versions team members are using?

You can use Project > Recent Changes to see this same information as in the S/R report.

Note that the information displayed is based on the date range specified, so if a user on the project is not shown, try pushing the date more into the past until a history point from that user is in the range.

Thank you very much!

For other people’s reference, I’ll point out that this is the version the user was using at the time of his last edit. It’s possible they he may have upgrade and done S/R’s since then, but if he hasn’t edited the text, his new version won’t be displayed.
