Shrink / Expand Text (by %) not working in 3.0.20 and newer

Question

After updating to PTXprint 3.0.25, I am finding that the Shrink / Expand (by % text size) options (via right-click in PDF previewer) do not seem to have any effect. I can see that a record of my request is recorded in the current book's AdjList, but the text layout does not seem to be affected at all. The Shrink -1 or +1 options do appear to be working.

I downgraded a few versions. After installing 3.0.18 the Shrink / Expand (by % text size) is working again.

I anyone else experiencing the same?
