From the notes XML file, how can I tell which notes are resolved?

How can I tell whether the notes in the notes XML file (e.g., `Notes_Paratext-Name.xml`) are resolved or not? Is that information stored in a different file?

I'm trying to move a bunch of notes from a project to a consultant notes project. I was able to filter the notes by and just copy/paste them into my consultant notes project XML. I just need to filter them a bit more.

I recognize that this is off-label, I certainly don't hold anyone who responds responsible if this goes sideways. ;-)

The notes in Paratext are grouped by their thread ID (i.e. <Comment Thread="{ID}"...>). They are then ordered by the date. If the last comment in the thread (after being sorted) has a status of "deleted" (i.e. <Status>deleted</Status>), then the thread is considered resolved. However, this is complicated by the fact that a thread can span multiple users (i.e. each user's comment is in their own file), so you would need to find all the comments for a thread across all user files, sort them all by date, and look at the last comment that has a status specified to know if a thread is actually resolved.
