Why does my exported file(PDF) doesn't include a "RED COLOR" though I have in the Paratext? can someone help me with thi

Presuming that you are using \wj ...\wj* to mark your words of Jesus, you need to go to the Styles tab of PTXPrint and search for the \wj marker (type in filter box at the top). Then set the font for \wj as red.

Then make sure that "Enable Colored Text (as specified in the Styles)" is checked on the Fonts tab.

Thank you, sir. I got it, but one problem still occurs. When I "enable colored text" feature, I come to see that some of my paragraph also changes to be blue, like attached. 

Can you please see it in my attached file and help me again?

It looks like you have applied blue to a couple of styles. Search for those markers in the Styles tab and change the color to the appropriate color.

If there is a custom.sty file in the project folder with lots of color set, you might try renaming that file to something like custom.styold so that PTXprint will not use it.

You can also turn on and off the custom.sty file on the Advanced tab. You can also edit the file from there to comment out colors but placing a # at the beginning of any line you don't want to apply.

At the top of the styles is an option to filter just the markers used in the project. Click this and then verify that the \h marker is not blue. It might be some other marker, so you may need to check several.
