I just downloaded and installed Paratext 9.5.110.1 and Windows 11. When I opened Paratext 9.5.110.1 for the first time, Windows blocked ParatextChecks.dll (and showed these errors):

I restarted my computer, and Paratext opened just fine.

It sounds like you just installed Windows 11 as well. Did you choose any higher security settings (specifically something called Smart App Control)?

You can check if it's enabled by looking at Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security > App & browser control > Smart App Control settings. From some quick internet searching, it sounds like this "feature" might be enabled by-default now. frown
