Modify Interlinear settings to output approved verse(s) to my back translation

Question

Can I modify an existing interlinear that not configured to output to a back translation to start outputting to an existing back translation(upon approval or a selected range of verses)?  I don't seem to be able change the interlinear settings make this change.
