How do I update Key Terms of the Old Testament in Paratext 9.5?

This is a problem  we have recently discovered and are working on a solution. Paratext  9.5.109.1  currently  fails trying to download or update this resource. What happens: you select the resource and click "download/install", the progress bar appears but almost immediately closes, and Paratext says that the downloaded dictionary won't be visible until you restart Paratext. You restart  and the dictionary is not there.
Also, if you attempt to get around the problem by copying the KTOTSLd.p8z file from another computer, Paratext then reports there was a problem with the  source language content, and the dictionary is still not there (Paratext deletes the file you copied)

Suggestions
1) If you have Paratext 9.4, and are going to update to 9.5, update your Key Terms of the Old Testament before updating. Go to Download/install resources, search for KTOT (the full name is KTOTSLD). If it shows an update is available update it before upgrading to Paratext 9.5.
2) If you have 9.5.109.1 and you want to get KTOTSLD, do this:

a. uninstall Paratext 9.5

b. install Paratext 9.4 (or an earlier version of 9.5 if you have that installer in your downloads folder)

c. go to download/install resources, select KTOTSLD and install it.

d. upgrade to 9.5.109.1 again.

Paratext 9.5.110.1 has solved this problem. You can get this update now by setting your release stage to "pre-release"
