Sync scrolling between PT and Logos

Question

After a recent update of PT and Logos, the two programs do not scroll together anymore like they used to. It worked fine in the past, but no longer. Does anyone have a fix for this? I still have an old instruction sheet from 2017, but those instructions no longer work either. Here is what I used in the past to make the two programs scroll together:

Anything we need to know about your setup?  Running on Windows 11, Mac in Parallels, etc?

I don't use Logos much - only enough to test that synchronized scrolling still works.

I haven't had to register Logos. If that is the problem, I see that on my system Logos is installed here:

C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Logos

Thnx for those two replies sofar. In answer to the first reply: I use PT and Logos on two different PCs. One has Windows 10 and the other has windows 11 installed. synchronized scroll doesn't work on either of them.
