I ran into this same error recently. I hope it is going to be changed soon to be more helpful, but that message really just means that no changes were made. Unfortunately it says nothing about whether the registration data was deemed to be correct or not. If you are seeing 14 resources -- by that, I assume you mean they have type Scripture Resource -- it seems at least somewhat likely that your registration is correct. Though if you see more than that in P9, then maybe there's still something fishy happening. Double check to make sure that you do not have a filter set. In any case, since Get is not working, there is still a problem. I also experienced that once, but I think once I restarted the program it fixed itself.
