Paratext registry server seem to be offline

We and several colleagues (one 100s of km away, and another in another country) can't send/receive, and https://registry.paratext.org is timing out.

Same here in Canada and with colleagues in Northern Ireland.  I noticed the problem yesterday.

The server was indeed down, but it is back up again now.
