Oui, cette permission est accordée par défaut avec les rôles de consultant ou d'administrateur.
Vous pouvez également attribuer cette permission spécifique à un traducteur depuis la fenêtre « Utilisateurs et permissions », via le bouton « Autres permissions... », en cochant la case sous la colonne « Terme » pour l'utilisateur concerné (la colonne marquée en jaune sur l'image ci-dessous). Seuls les utilisateurs ayant le rôle d'administrateur peuvent effectuer cette opération.

Yes, this permission is given by default with the consultant or administrator roles.
You can also assign this specific permission to a translator from the “Users and permissions” window, in the “Other permissions...” button, by checking the box under the “Term” column for the user in question (the column marked in yellow in the following image). This can only be done by a user with Administrator role.
