Para isso, com cuidado ou com ajuda técnica, você pode copiar os arquivos SpellingStatus.xml para ortografia, hyphenatedWords.txt para hifenização ou TermRenderings.xml para traduções, da pasta do projeto pai para a pasta do projeto filha (as pastas dos projetos estão em C:\My Paratext 9 Projects\[pasta do projeto]).
