We are trying out PTXprint for a publication of a Bible module. In an earlier version of PTXprint the foonotes were coming through fine. Now that I've upgraded to 2.5.1 they just don't appear although I think I've tried every combination of tick boxes. I changed nothing in the module sfm file from the previous successful attempts. That file has the line \inc v s f x

This sounds like a possible regression. Would you please use the "Create Archive..." button on the Help page/tab and then send the resulting .zip file to ptxprint (underscore) support (at) sil.org and we'll take a look.

Please do send an archive. Are the footnotes present when you view the final SFM in view/edit?

@mhosken - This user has already submitted an archive (KOTP2).
The only footnote-related marker I can see in the final SFM is in ISA 45:19 and it is an \fe rather than an \f (so appears at the end of the publication). No other \f markers are coming through.
