I have some 100+ projects and sometimes I need to do a send/receive for only few projects. The only option we have now is to open those projects and do "send and receive this project"

If there is a search button even for the send/receive dialog box, like the one in the open projects/resource, it will be helpful for few people like me.

Thanks.

I agree - this has been a feature that I've been interested in for a long time. There are some things you can do to help yourself.

  1. Make use of the "inactive" feature. By holding Alt and clicking on the box of a project you can make it inactive in the S/R. This makes the letters smaller and puts it below the active projects. To do a S/R of an inactive project you must click the box again to make it active.
  2. Use the Edited selector - this of course will  select all of the projects that have been edited, but not those marked inactive.
  3. If you hold the Alt key while opening the main S/R dialog you are presented with the project selection tool. You can use this to save a selection of projects that you want to S/R. You can save sets that you regularly S/R
  4. Use the scheduling tool to set up automatic S/R of projects and/or reminders of when projects have changes that should be S/R.
