Based on the log file, it looks like your initial download of the installer was not complete.
You will need to try downloading it again - maybe the Offline version will be better if you are in a place with limited internet service.
Near the bottom of the download page (
https://paratext.org/download/) these is an option to download check sum files and some instructions on how to use them - these are helpful to verify that your downloaded copy of the installer is valid.
