Here are some things to try:

  • Make sure Windows is up to date and reboot
  • Check to see if an anti-virus program is interfering with the install. Kaspersky and ESET have been noted in the past as programs that can cause issues. I would also suggest running a scan with a program like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware or SuperAntiSpyWare to check for issues.
  • Download a clean copy of the offline installer for Paratext 9.4 and rerun the installer

Based on the log file, it looks like your initial download of the installer was not complete.

You will need to try downloading it again - maybe the Offline version will be better if you are in a place with limited internet service.

Near the bottom of the download page (https://paratext.org/download/) these is an option to download check sum files and some instructions on how to use them - these are helpful to verify that your downloaded copy of the installer is valid.
