where can I find a list of all the format codes (\toc1, \mt, ...) that ptxprint recognizes?

First time user, trying to sort out format codes for printing new testament. Also how \toc1, \toc2, \toc3 are used in ptxprint

If you visit the Styles page within PTXprint, it gives you a link for each style to the online documentation:

The \toc1 \toc2 and \toc3 markers get picked up and used for generating the Table of Contents. This can be enabled on the Peripherals page:

How do I create a REGEX search to find all unique proper names in the OT with a source text that uses the \pn .. ... each term? Some of this may need to happen outside of Paratext.

Can I suggest a Greek word be added to the All Biblical Terms list?
As a consultant, I'm frustrated that ἰδού does not appear in the "All Biblical Terms" list. This is an important ... would have a variety of renderings for, depending on context.

PTXprint puts a border around the text that I don"t want
After updating PTXprint it is now putting a text border around all the Scripture text. How do I get rid of that? It is ... . This is different from the border we put on the page.

I cannot figure out how to do this. I turn on the TOC options, and check the TOC1 box and my TOC just ... to an unrecognized setting in ptxprint_mods.tex PTXprint Version 3.0.7
