Introduction to project progress tracking options

Question

In Paratext 8.0 (and later), there are several options to track project progress.

From the Project menu, if you click Assignments and Progress, the following options are available from the “Select View” drop-down list:

• My Tasks

• All Tasks

• Tasks Table

  [How do I see the completion status for tasks?](http://support.paratext.org/t/how-do-i-see-the-completion-status-for-tasks/1246)

From the Project menu, if you click Progress Charts, the following options are available from the “Select View” drop-down list:

• By Book

• By Book and Stage

• Forecast Line Chart

While holding down the Shift key, if you click the Project menu, the Big Picture Chart (Experimental)… is available.
What do the colors and symbols in the Big Picture Chart mean?

From the Project menu, if you clcik Project Plan and set up the project plan, the choices you make affect what is displayed in the charts mentioned above.
