  1. Navigate to: http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&id=enccnvtrs
  2. Under the Downloads heading, in the SIL Converters 4.0 section, select one of the two installers.
  3. Save the .exe file to your computer.
  4. Open the folder where the .exe file is saved, double-click it, and click Run in the "Open File" dialog that appears.
  5. If a User Account Control dialog asks for permission to allow the program to make changes to the computer, click Yes.
  6. Click Next when the following appear:
    • The Welcome screen dialog.
    • The "Destination Folder" dialog.
    • The "Select Features" dialog.
    • The "Ready to Install the Application" dialog (this might take more than a minute.)
  7. Click Finish when SIL encoding converters has been successfully installed.
    • In the "Converter Installer" dialog, select the converters you want to install and click OK.
  8. Click OK when the installation has finished.
