https://community.software.sil.org uses Disco/Discourse (https://DisCO.co – correct URL for this?) What does this site use?

Note that there are two separate Discourse forums on sil.org , you will need a separate account for each. One Discourse forum is https://community.software.sil.org , the other one is https://community.scripture.software.sil.org .

BTW, can we have a “Meta” category – for questions like this one?

Oh, and how do we do formatted text in what Question2Answer calls a “comment”? If I write a new question, I get a formatting toolbar, but not in the text-entry box for a comment – which seems inconsistent.

Welcome to Support Bible, where you can ask questions and receive answers from other members of the community.
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
