Help on the Support.Bible platform

How do you get help on the Support.Bible platform itself? I can’t see a Help button, only FAQ, which is more about what we should and shouldn’t post here.

In my case, my question is how to reply to posts: comments people make on a post seem to have a Reply button, but I can’t see one on the post itself. I must be missing something!

Looking at it again, it seems that the OP has an Answer button, and the answers only have a button to Comment on the answer, not reply to it.

It’s just different from the old forum. I know this one’s been in place for a long time, but I’m coming back to doing some support for a project of two after a four-year break, so this system is pretty new to me!

… Which is why I’d like to see an intro to using this platform.

The closest thing I have found is a QnA site for the Question2Answer framework which we use for support.bible.
