Error - while opening 9.2 after update

Hi Team, There is a constant error on opening paratext after installation of 9.2/9.1 as attached. The shift+opening ... the same error. What could be the problem. Kindly help.

Paratext not scrolling along with logos

PT8 S/R is failing continuously

I have a system on PT 8, whose S/R is failing. Send/Receive: Connection to server lost. Retrying Project name: ... fine -Firewall disabled as well Can you please help? Thank you.
