So sorry for the hassle of this! I know it’s not ideal (and won’t work for remote teams), but please use Send/Receive to a USB drive, Chorus Hub, or Network Drive while we wait for this issue to be resolved.

I also don’t know if Paratext Live might be a good alternative option. I started a session this morning, but haven’t had the chance to test it with another user.

The problem appears to have been fixed. I have succeeded in a send/receive. Those of you who are waiting can try again.

Great! It works now.

It appears the server was upgraded on the weekend, and some permission settings were not copied effectively from the old server to the new server. This was fixed around 10 AM (eastern US time) Monday.

I’ve been getting this all morning. Is there a webpage for server status updates?

We are having the same problem in SE Asia. And friends report the problem in the States too. So the server is down. Hoping the problem can be easily resolved.

Not just 9.3, I’m still on 9.2 and not able to use send/receive.
