My layout changed with new PTXprint version

Non-admin installed fonts on Windows are not found by PrintDraft

Jumping in middle of xetex command via PrintDraft
PrintDraft uses xetex (which in turn uses ptx2pdf macros) to do the printing to pdf in Paratext. Presumably, PT ... be able to run nice looking drafts straight from PrintDraft.
