我似乎找不到有關專案中哪種層級的用戶可以標記歷史點（point in the history）的資訊。顯然管理員（Admin）可以，我假設觀察者（Observer）不可以。顧問（Consultant）可以嗎？譯者（translator）呢？

尋找開引號後的小寫字母

我正在協助檢查譯文的標點符號引號重複用詞等問題我注意到在幾個地方，開引號後的第一個字沒有大寫，但應該要大寫以下是一個範例： okubabuzya kuti, "ino kokli 逗號（Unicode 值 002C）空格開引號 ... 引號的情況我在「檢查清單」的設定中是否遺漏了什麼？還有其他方法可以檢查這個錯誤嗎？謝謝
