Punctuation followed by lowercase letter inventory: ! and?

The language allows quote margins after the quote, e.g., Who is your name?, he asked the man, or Crucify ... any way to tell Paratext to ignore lowercase letters following #.?

Problems with size of letters

One translator has a problem on his computer. It does not appear to be a problem with Paratext as such but the ... the project name and sometimes for the name of the book.
