Ignoring embedded markers in marker/lowercase check

In the capitalization check, it is telling me Text of marker/style does not begin with a capital: ft . ... Ignore embedded markers or even Markers Skipped During Processing .

Correct usage of the \ft marker

I just discovered that many probably around 200 footnotes in one of our projects didn't include a footnote text \ft ... , shouldn't the PT Marker check have caught the problem?

Adding \xt ... \xt* in footnotes + \em ... \em*

To make use of the references check I am adding \xt \xt* codes in footnotes, introductions and glossary ... two issues but they are related. Any ideas? Thanks anon703820
