Cannot see translator names on paratext 9 project title bar

Hi, in paratext 8, I can see the name of the users who have editing rights on the current chapter and book in the ... , these names are not displayed. Is there a reason for this?

Update procedure

I started ParaTExt this morning and noticed a green progress bar in the lower right corner of the screen. Wha ?! I right ... ? Do I need to run the downloaded .pud file manually?
