Publishing Assistant: Any way to create drop-cap chapter numerals mid-paragraph with text wrapping around them?

Many New Testaments represent Mark chapter 9 verse 1 as beginning in the middle of a paragraph, rather than having Mark 9 ... Has anyone else dealth with this, or know a solution?

Publishing Assistant and InDesign: Why are there two overlapping footnote rules? [closed]

I'm exporting a standard Bible project from Publishing Assistant 7 into InDesign. In PA, I've chosen the option to have ... use the rule from PA. Does anyone know why this happens?

Warning: There is a front-to-back registration problem with the "marker", (example: mt2, mt1) paragraph style.

I am typesetting one of our projects, and every time I export/create a book to InDesign, I always receive this warning ... that somebody may be able to help me solve this issue.
