D'après mon expérience (et j'ai provoqué l'erreur volontairement), le problème est un écart dans la spécificité du système d'écriture.

Le système d'écriture vernaculaire dans FLEx 9 est
Si j'ai vraiment besoin de conserver l'écriture et la région dans Paratext, je dois changer Special: dans le système d'écriture vernaculaire de FLEx en Script/Region/Variant et le configurer en conséquence.
Dans mon exemple, j'ai choisi de faire correspondre FLEx à Paratext. Une fois que j'ai fait cela… puis fermé les deux applications et rouvert Paratext, le problème d'association disparaît

Vous devez également utiliser des versions compatibles de FLEx et de Paratext. Vous devez utiliser FLEx 9.0 et la dernière version de Paratext.

The vernacular writing system in FLEx 9 is
If I really need to keep script and region in Paratext, then I need to change Special: in the FLEx Vernacular Writing system to Script/Region/Variant and set it accordingly.
In example, I opted to make FLEx match Paratext. Once I did that…and then closed both apps, and opened Paratext, the association issue goes away

You do also need to be on compatible versions of FLEx and Paratext. You need to be using FLEx 9.0 and the latest version of Paratext.
