I just submitted a report and was given PTXS-15894 as an issue number. How do I go about checking on the status of this problem report?

Thank you

Unfortunately, as discussed here, we don’t have the money to allow everyone to access our tracking system directly.

However, you should have gotten an automated confirmation e-mail - replying to that should allow you to contact us about the issue. It can take us a few days to even start looking at your issue (especially over the weekend), so please be patient. If we need any more information from you, we will also contact you via e-mail when looking into the issue. Otherwise, it will be prioritized and then fixed based on that prioritization.
