Our translators need new laptops.
Is Windows 10 Home sufficient for them with a full Paratext version 9.2 and future ones?
Does it enable remote support if needed?
Which other features needed might not work from a Home machine?
We also need zoom and google sheets to work.
Should I say “yes” to a home machine instead of a Windows Pro machine?

Win 10 Home is definitely sufficient for Paratext. Likewise, Zoom and Google Sheets will work fine.

However, as you mentioned, Win 10 Home doesn’t include the native Windows Remote Desktop tool. There are many third-party tools you could use for remote support (some free, some paid for). But the native Windows tool is very convenient if you need to keep several users’ machines updated and you don’t want to worry whether all of the computers have the right software installed for remote support.

We have systems with Win10 Home, not a problem for Paratext.
Primary feature not in home, is the BitLocker Feature for encrypting the entire disk.
