J’organise un atelier d’initiation à Paratext la semaine prochaine. Certains participants n’ont pas encore d’organisation, mais espèrent en avoir une à l’avenir, et nous aimerions les former pendant que nous en avons l’occasion. Je ne veux pas qu’ils s’enregistrent sans organisation, car je souhaite qu’ils aient accès aux traductions en français pour nos exercices. J’ai donc quelques licences de formation que nous avons créées il y a un certain temps (sous SIL), et je prévois de configurer chacun d’entre eux avec l’une de ces licences de formation. Cependant, à la fin de l’atelier, je ne veux plus qu’ils aient accès à cette licence SIL (et aux ressources correspondantes).
Y a-t-il donc un moyen dans Paratext de « supprimer » la licence ? Je sais que je peux remplacer une licence, mais je n’ai pas d’autre licence à leur donner pour remplacer celle qui est présente (et je ne veux vraiment pas prendre le temps de les créer toutes…). Mais y a-t-il un moyen de simplement supprimer la licence dans Paratext ? Je pourrais simplement désinstaller Paratext, mais je me demande si la licence n’est pas stockée dans le registre, et si Paratext était réinstallé, cette licence « reviendrait-elle » ?
I have a beginners Paratext workshop next week. There are a few participants who don’t have an organization yet, but hope to in the future, and we would like to train them while we have the opportunity. I don’t want them to register without an organization, because I want them to have access to French translations for our exercises. So I have a few training licenses that we created a while back (under SIL), and I plan to set each one up with one of those training licenses. At the end of the workshop, however, I don’t want them to have access to that SIL license (and the corresponding resources) anymore.
So is there a way in Paratext to “remove” the license? I know I can replace a license, but I don’t have another license to give them, to replace the one that is there (and don’t really want to take the time to create all of them…). But is there a way to just remove the license in Paratext? I could just uninstall Paratext, but I wonder if the license isn’t stored in the registry, and if Paratext was reinstalled, would that license “come back”?
