I have a translator here in PNG whose Paratext project is saving the SFM files with a PT6 extension. I am guessing that when the project was created, that was what was used as the default. They wish to change the extension to SFM like a normal translation. I can see in the Project Settings -> Project properties -> Advanced tab there is an edit button to change the Typical File Name. But the Edit button doesn’t work.

Is it possible to change the extension at all once the project has been created?

The only way to change the extension after it is created is to use Convert Project to create a new project with the new extension.

I thought that might be the case. Thanks for the response.
